Hi... Our
Stupid Shipping Department is working hard to get you your holiday
order.
ORDERS
PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 10th
Orders placed after December 10th were no longer guaranteed by
Christmas unless the Expedited Shipping option was available. If you
look at your email confirmation, it will tell you the shipping
method of your order. If it says "Delivered AFTER
Christmas" or "Not Guaranteed by Christmas," then
your order will arrive after the holidays.
If your
order was more than $20, it was probably shipped DHL's @ Home
Service. You should have received an email from DHL with your
tracking number. Please look in your inbox from DHL.
Smaller
orders most likely went via First Class Mail and cannot be tracked.
We ship
from New York, so please allow time from here to wherever you
are.
It takes
us a while to track your order, but we can do it if you can't find
it and need to know.
*When
you submitted your order, so long as it was not declined, a Tracking
Number was displayed on the screen. Also, a confirmation email was
sent to you with your order details and the tracking number. If you
did not see a confirmation screen and receive an email, it is
possible your order did not go through.
When we
receive your tracking request, we'll look up your order and email
back your tracking number with 24 hours.
