Rating Somewhat satisfied with LED shoe laces
I bought two packs - one for my son and one for my daughter. One packed worked and the other didn't. Kind of disappointing and my daughter was very disappointed. My son, on the other hand, loved the set that worked. I didn't think it was worth the shipping charge both ways to order another set for my daughter so we didn't. Probably wouldn't buy them again...

Rating led flashing lights
this is a one of a kind shoelaces. really does light up. very cool fun for the night only.

Rating Flashy but not for running
Although it was hard to loop through kids ziplock shoes, they held there quite well. The kids loved these and didn't mind them flopping around when they ran. The light is generated from the device by a couple LEDs and then shines though the flexible clear tube. The brightness is not perfectly even, but LEDs at both ends helps a lot.
