Q: What are my shipping costs?
A: During your checkout process, you will see your exact shipping charges based on what you've purchased. Stupid.com makes every effort to keep our shipping costs low. If you have any questions, or don't see the shipping option you're looking for, please call customer service at (866) 566-6675.
Q: If I order today, when will it ship?
A: Orders generally go out within one or two business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! In fact, Stupid.com can ship your order to any address on the globe. Sorry, payments via PayPal accounts only accepted for International Shipping.
Q: Can I really get my package overnight?
A: YES!!! Orders received by 2:30 Eastern time are processed same day. Overnight shipments will be delivered by end of next day. Overnight shipments are only happen Monday through Friday.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a conformation e-mail with your tracking number, which you can use to track your package via UPS or U.S. Postal Service sites.
