Can I order by Mail or Phone?

Yes! Order by Phone with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express at 1-866-566-667, Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm EST. Unfortunately, mail orders are not available at this time.

Can I return stuff?

We here at Stupid.com take pride in the stupid stuff we sell. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you feel the product you recieved does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We will happily replace the product for you, or accept it's return. To return a product, please follow these instructions:

1. Let us know you want to send an item back and tell us why. Contact customer service at 1-866-566-6675 or email customerhelp@stupid.com.
2. Include the sales order number and contact information on all correspondence.
   
3. If you would like an exchange, customer service will assist you
   
4. Credit for purchases are issued once we recieve the item back.

Why do you require my e-mail address on orders?

Your e-mail address helps us keeps your order moving. A few reasons we ask for it include sending order confirmations, informing you when something is out of stock, or sending address corrections.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday - Thursday will usually ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST go out the following day. Orders placed after 1pm EST Friday - Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will recieve an e-mail with it's tracking number. The e-mail subject line will read "Stupid Shipment Notification". The Tracking number for your order is located in the e-mail in a filed called "Packagetrakingnum".

If your tracking number starts with 1Z, then your package is arriving UPS. Click here to track your order.

If your tracking number starts with 9, then your package is arrive USPS. Click here to track your order.

If your tracking number starts with 8, then your package is arrive USPS. Click here to track your order.

If you haven't recieved a Shipment Notification, then your package probably hasn't shipped, or we have an incorrect e-mail address.

How much will the Shipping cost?

We have 3 methods of shipping within the US. - Ground, Quick Ship, and Overnight.

For order outside of the US, we ship 2-3 DHL. Shipping charges start at $29.95.

Where do I type in my Promo Code?

Enter your Promo Code "whatevercodewesaid" in the Myster Box at Checkout. Make sure it's enterted in the Mystery Box and nowhere else. Remember to click 'Redeem'! Make sure your code has not expired, and that your order total is more than the minimum.

What if I want tp purchase Bulk, Wholesale, or I need 50 gallons of slime for a school hazing science project?

We do allow discount pricing between 10% and 20% for large quantity orders. The best way to find out if this applies to you is to call us direct for a quote, at 1-866-566-6675.

Well, you have to sign up for the Stupid.com Newsletter. Newsletters are e-mailed 2-3 times a month, and the offers vary. Sometimes we offer free gifts, and sometimes we just want to stay in touch.
