Friends, this one's really got us stumped. Why would someone decide to take a cute little dolphin and shove laser technology inside? Think about it. Of all the things a company can choose to manufacture, someone.... somewhere... said "Let's make a dolphin that turns into a laser pointer." Usually bad ideas are tossed in the basket. But not this time... they actually made the darn thing!

To begin, the Dolphin Laser Pointer is a friendly plastic dolphin on a keychain.  When you press on its dorsal fin, the dolphin opens his mouth and a powerful laser beam shoots out. And when we say "powerful," we're not kidding... we've been playing with them and the beams seem to go on forever.

(We smile at the thought of a businessman or woman, taking out the Dolphin Laser Pointer and using it for an important presentation.)

BUT WAIT, IT GETS EVEN DUMBER!

There's a little WHEEL built into the dolphin's mouth. When you turn the wheel, you can actually project laser images  on the wall or ceiling. Besides a dot, you can project a star, a butterfly, an insect, and even -- you ready? -- an octopus!

So, be reckless and buy a Dolphin Laser Pointer. It's the most POINTLESS POINTER we have ever seen!
