We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Customer must request for a refund in writing within time frame and include the following:
A. Product(s) the customer requests a refund on.
B. The reason for the refund.
C. Choice of cash refund minus10% restocking fee, or store credit in amount of the products total value.
Refunds will be awarded for merchandise only. Shipping will be refunded
only in the following circumstances:
A. Error by Stupid.com in order processing
B. Error by warehouse
C. Error by Shipping partner (must file a claim with warehouse)
Refunds will NOT be given on the following merchandise:
A. Costumes, Masks, Wigs, Makeup, or Clothing Items.
B. Clearance Merchandise
C. Incomplete or Fully Consumed Merchandise

Deliveries to PO Boxes or APO's are shipped by USPS orders and take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.
All international orders are process by Bongo International.
Please allow 5-14 days for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders.
