Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 1PM EST will ship the same day, otherwise it will ship the following business day*. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Also, we will be closed November 29th, 2013.

A: All orders ship from Johnson City, TN.
Q: I forgot to enter my coupon; Can I still get my discount?
A: Yes, if you forget to apply the coupon code, just email us within 24 hours of placing your order to email@example.com, and we will credit you the savings.
Q: If an item is out of stock, will you be getting more before the holidays?
A: If an item is out of stock, you can be placed on the waiting list, however it will not arrive back in until next year.

A: Yes, any order can be returned within 45 days for a full refund or store credit minus the cost of shipping.
Q: How do I know if the item I want is in stock?
A: If the product says "IN STOCK" we have it. If it says "OUT OF STOCK" we don't.

A: Nope! Shipping discounts are applied only to US orders.Coupons are applied only to US orders, too.

A: Nope! Only one per order, make sure to pick the best one!

A: Generally, it arrives right away, but can take up to 48 hours to receive, and always check your junk box.
Q: How much is shipping?/div>
A: It depends! We offer low-cost ground shipping all the way up to expensive overnight shipping, but if you order over $75 we will ship your order for free with coupon code: FREESHIP
Q: When will I get my order?
A: Depending on your shipping method, it can arrive as early as the next business day or up to 14 business days via standard ground shipping. And remember, the holidays get busy and unless you ship via an expedited method, we cannot guarantee when your package will arrive.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: We will send you an email with an order confirmation and then a second email when the order has shipped with a link to track it.
Q: I have not received my order/tracking conformation?
