All orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 1PM EST to qualify for same day shipping. Orders placed after will be shipped the next day. Please note: We do not offer Saturday Delivery for orders shipped via UPS. Orders shipped via FedEx or USPS can be delivered on Saturdays.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.

Returns will be process after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.

All returns should be return with a copy of the order conformation . We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.

Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable for returns.

To review your order status, click on the ‘My Account’ button located on the side navigation. Enter your username and password (if you don’t have one, please contact customer service with your Invoice ID#). Click the “Order Status” button.

Please allow 3-7 business days for ground shipping. Express shipping options are available for Overnight or 2- 3 Day Delievery.

Deliveries to PO Boxes or APO's are shipped by USPS orders and take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.

All international orders are process by DHL

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. DHL and Stupid.com are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Stupid.com cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
